Volunteer

Volunteering not only helps others, but it also brings a sense of accomplishment to all involved. About a dozen volunteers show up at the school each day to help wherever they are needed: tutoring students, setting up science experiments, combing down cowlicks for school pictures and bagging popcorn for class celebrations. While some of the work of the parents, grandparents and other adult volunteers involves physical labor—such as applying a fresh coat of paint to the teachers' lounge.Volunteers are helping themselves while helping others doesn’t really matter in the larger scheme of things. Regardless of their reasons for getting involved in volunteer work, they are still providing a valuable service to the company, offering their skills free of charge to those who need them.

We helped Ms.Mitschrich to do the basketball and drama work. On Saturday,we went to the school. Ms Mitschrich told us to draw the basketball poster . We took the red paper to drew the picture and wrote slogan. We helped each other to do quickly. I think cooperation and division are very important. The teacher told students carefully to do everything. We drew with paints and brush. Students are very attentively. We tried our best to do this. Other students to paper-cut, made the pig and help moved the desks and chairs. The picture we done were very beautiful. We took it to the stadium, cheer for the players.

Every Saturday we went the school to helped the teachers. We learned a lot. We know the importance of cooperation and we should kind to each other. I think volunteers usually begin in basic level positions. As our gain more experience and training, we have the opportunity to move to positions that require more responsibility and provide more challenge. Volunteer service benefits everyone.I knew reuse the some useless thing. I learned how to paint the pictures. There were a lot of things we should know in the school. Many volunteers find that they get as much out of volunteering as the give. Whether it is feeling like an intricate part of your community or meeting new friends.

As a volunteer, we will enjoy the fulfillment of giving to our community and helping a worthy cause but you can also get valuable experience - experience that can escort us to our new job. The challenge is finding the volunteer position that is right for us. We shouldn't be afraid to ask questions before making a commitment.

Volunteering is something we can do no matter who we are. As a volunteer we can make a difference. By helping others, we can foster our career strengths, skills and experience. It can be a very rewarding experience and can also be a valuable asset to our job search.

Volunteering makes good business sense during all stages of the life cycle. From the student learning a new skill to the senior practicing old skills, working at a volunteer job can be practical and fulfilling. We can teaching volunteerism to children may set a lifetime example of helping others.College students who need job experience and high school students trying to qualify for scholarships are perfect volunteer candidates and recent graduates can meet people and gain work experience through volunteering. The attitude among today's recent college graduates is to get out there and do whatever is necessary to gain experience.

I think do the volunteer is very meaningful. I want to get more chance.
