Physical Activity




I learned the billiards in the last term. I think it is very interesting. I tried my best to learn it.I think I play was not very good.

The game of billiards is not difficult to understand and with practice, we can win the first match within a few hours. There are different types of billiards games. however, there are simple ways to learn each one so we can join in while we are at the billiards hall. we need advance training if we want to play like a pro player and once we have all the skills.

I learned basic knowledge in the few weeks and how to play it. I played it in the recreation. We rack the balls. All balls (except the white cue ball) start in the rack.In billiards, cue balls are the balls that a player strikes with the cue stick. For almost all pool games, I place the eight ball in the middle, the one ball on top and alternate stripes and solids around the rack. We decide who breaks. Flip a coin, rock, paper, scissors, or we can each try to hit a ball as close to the railing as you can, and the closest breaks.Then break the rack. Whichever you make are the types of balls you will be trying to sink for the rest of the game. When we do not make any, our opponent can shoot at any stripe or solid. When we make one of each, we can choose. Shoot as long as we keep sinking our balls. It is not our opponent’s turn until we miss a shot. Finally, alternate turns with partner. When we are on a team, we can not shoot until we are partner has taken a turn. My classmates and I go to practise several times.
I think concentration is very important and we should keep it. We should patient and have observation. Playing billiards exercise my patience and willpower, let me keep trying. I know we should never give up to do anything. Playing billiards have some rules. First, don't hit the white cue ball into a pocket. This is called a scratch, and we will lose our turn. The other team gets a free shot from the area where the cue ball was placed for the break.Second, pool is a game of finesse. The biggest mistake rookie players make is striking the ball too firmly. Aim, and only hit the cue ball as hard as we need to.Playing billiards made my body healthy and let me to learned a lot. I know we should try our best to do everything and constantly exercise ourselves.

I think everyone can play billiards. My personal fitness goals is to exercise myself.Billiards is a game that increases eye-hand coordination, focus and concentration, and even practical application of physics and geometry.

I want to have more chance to learn it.
